  1. would you be able to do a parody on a show called saving private ryan but instead called it saving private derpy. i was just going through pictures when i saw a poster like this and i thought to my self, that would be epic and who else could do but dawn some where.

  2. Aside from the music, my favorite part of this episode is that it didn’t really diverge from the original at all. The original was about Twilight coming out of an awkward kiss, wigging out, and fleeing from the fanfictions into the Everfree forest while shaking off the narrator’s attempts to get her to follow the story. Lo and behold, that’s just what happens here. The only real difference is the tone.

The only problem is, while the fic was weirdly chilling, this is probably your least funny RDP. Aubern Lady is totally sweet, though.

  3. Lol that was fantastic, My lovely twilight manage to finally gain a little bit of control of the situation…. by running away xD and then… she lost control again in the end. poor girl can never catch a break.

I read the fic, thankfully, and i agree with this ending. she just waltzs back into a situation she cannot control.

  4. Well, I totally watched this without reading the fic first. And I probably should have read the fic first. It’s definitely more pertinent for ‘getting’ it this time than the others.
(… And I’m lazy, so I’m not going to read it. At least not right now.)

It was still amusing, and I chuckled a bit. x3 The animation was pretty fun, though now it’s getting into this awkward uncanny spot where it’s much more active than a slideshow while at once feeling like a very unpolished animation. (There would be a link to information on the twelve principles of animation here, but I don’t want to risk the comment being eaten by any kind of antispam bot.)

That said. The images taken as stills look cleaner than previous RDP content, and it’s really nice to look at. <3 Things like the opening walking-over-the-hill, Twi's running off, or most of the stinger segment (like the fall) are particularly striking.

    Overall, it's a fun short.
